Overview
We are seeking dedicated and physically capable Bilingual Driver/Helper to join our event services team. This role involves the heavy and continuous loading/unloading of trucks, assisting with event setup, and ensuring the safe transportation of equipment. This is a very physical job that requires the ability to lift 75+ lbs.

Responsibilities

• Loading and unloading 14' box trucks with event equipment (75+ lbs. is common)
• Safe and efficient driving to and from event locations.
• Event setup and breakdown.
• Using a two-wheeled dolly to move equipment.
• Working as a team to ensure events run smoothly.
• Adhering to all safety regulations and company policies.

Requirements

• Must be bilingual in English & Spanish
• Must have box truck driving experience
• Must be able to perform heavy lifting (75+ lbs) continuously.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Ability to work various hours, including long days and potentially 7 days a week.
• Flexibility to work rotating weekends.
• Must pass a pre-employment drug test.
• Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic.
• Successful completion of a background check.

Important Information

• Probationary Period: If you call out during your first week of employment, you will be terminated.
• Physical Demands: This is a very physical job requiring continuous heavy lifting and strenuous activity.

Compensation

• Starting pay is $18 per hour.
• Pay may increase upon performance.

• Interview: If your driving record is acceptable, you will be scheduled for an interview.
• Drug test: A pre-employment drug test is required upon acceptance of the position.
