Job Description

Position: PC Imaging Technician
Location: Urbancrest, OH
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM
Pay: $19.00/hr
Position Summary:
We are seeking a reliable, detail-oriented PC Imaging Technician to support computer setup, configuration, and customization. This is a hands-on role ideal for candidates with a technical background in PC hardware, software imaging, and troubleshooting.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Image and configure desktops and laptops, including OS upgrades
  • Perform asset tagging and device labeling
  • Complete value-added services such as UV printing, etching, or device skinning
  • Run diagnostics and troubleshoot hardware/software issues
  • Backup and deploy system images using tools such as Acronis, Ghost, or MDT
  • Follow and create basic work instructions as needed
  • Maintain accuracy and quality standards in all processes
Requirements:
  • Previous PC repair or imaging experience required
  • Strong understanding of Windows operating systems (Windows 7, 8, 10)
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook); additional systems like Oracle or Visio are a plus
  • Knowledge of PC hardware, BIOS configuration, and diagnostics
  • Basic knowledge of DOS and deployment scripting
  • Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and bills of materials (BOMs)
  • Strong attention to detail, organization, and communication skills
  • Ability to multitask and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • Must be able to lift to 50 lbs
Qualifications:
  • High School Diploma or GED required
  • At least 1 year of related experience

  • Must be willing to complete a pre-employment background check and drug screen
