Job Description
Crown Staffing is urgently hiring for a Warehouse Rework Associate.
Warehouse Rework Associate Job Details
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 6:00 AM–2:30 PM
Pay Rate: $18.00/hr
Location: Groveport, OH
Warehouse Rework Associate Requirements/Qualifications
- Previous RF scanner experience required.
- Previous warehouse or production experience preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to perform repetitive product rework tasks efficiently.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
- Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Ability to maintain an accurate and consistent work pace.
- Dependable attendance and strong work ethic.
- Ability to work independently and effectively as part of a team.
- Smoking and vaping are not permitted on the property.
- Ability to follow established workplace safety and quality procedures.
About the Warehouse Rework Associate Role
As a Warehouse Rework Associate, your responsibilities will include:
- Rework products received from retail and e-commerce distribution operations.
- Re-price products according to established requirements.
- Apply sensor tags to products.
- Remove tags and sensors as required.
- Create and apply product hangtags.
- Use an RF scanner to process and track products.
- Verify product information for accuracy.
- Inspect completed rework for quality and accuracy.
- Sort and organize products throughout the rework process.
- Maintain an efficient and consistent work pace.
- Maintain a clean and organized warehouse environment.
- Follow established warehouse, quality, and safety procedures.
- Perform additional product rework and warehouse duties as assigned.
