Assembly Associate
Louisville, KY
Pay: $16.00/hour
Shift: 1st Shift | 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM
Schedule: Monday–Friday

Assembly Associate Requirements
- Previous warehouse, assembly, or production experience preferred
- Experience working with pick-to-light systems is a plus
- Ability to follow written and verbal instructions
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Basic computer and scanning experience preferred
- Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Key Responsibilities
- Pick products accurately using pick-to-light systems
- Assemble components according to work instructions and customer specifications
- Kit materials and products for production or shipment
- Verify parts, quantities, and product information for accuracy
- Use scanners and warehouse systems to track inventory and completed work
- Maintain organized workstations and inventory locations
- Perform quality checks on assembled products and kits
- Meet daily production and productivity goals
- Follow all safety procedures and company guidelines
- Assist with additional warehouse and assembly duties as assigned
