Pay: $16.50/hour
Shifts Available: All Shifts
Schedule: Monday–Friday | Optional Saturdays
Position Type: Temp-to-Hire
Equipment Operator Requirements
- Minimum of 1 year of experience operating stand-up reach trucks or stock pickers in a warehouse or distribution environment
- Experience with inventory control, RF scanners, and stock replenishment preferred
- Ability to safely operate material handling equipment in tight warehouse spaces
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to workplace safety
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced warehouse environment
- Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
- Ability to follow warehouse procedures and productivity standards
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Key Responsibilities
- Operate stand-up reach trucks and stock pickers safely and efficiently
- Pick, move, and replenish inventory throughout the warehouse
- Load and unload products from racks, shelves, and pallets
- Perform daily equipment inspections and report maintenance concerns
- Assist with inventory control, scanning, labeling, and stock verification
- Participate in cycle counts and inventory replenishment activities
- Report inventory discrepancies and safety concerns to supervisors
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
- Follow all warehouse procedures, productivity standards, and safety guidelines
- Assist with additional warehouse duties as assigned
