Schedule Information
- Assigned 12-hour schedule
- Rotating 2-2-3 schedule
- Two days on, two days off, three days on, two days off, and repeating
- Occasional overtime and call-in work may be required
Packer Requirements
- Ability to perform repetitive packaging and product-movement duties
- Strong attention to product quality and appearance
- Ability to follow packaging patterns and quantity requirements
- Ability to follow food-safety, GMP, and workplace-safety procedures
- Dependable attendance and flexibility for overtime or call-in work
- Ability to communicate product, equipment, and safety concerns to management
- Ability to work independently and as part of a production team
Key Responsibilities
- Visually inspect bottles for quality and appearance.
- Pack bottles into boxes according to product requirements.
- Move full cartons of bottles onto pallets or skids.
- Lift totes of bottles into bulk containers and verify correct quantities.
- Complete dimensional quality checks as directed.
- Arrange packaged products using the required skid pattern.
- Make and prepare boxes as needed.
- Move finished products from the production line to the staging area using a pallet jack.
- Support the movement of raw materials and finished products.
- Empty trash containers and complete general housekeeping duties.
- Maintain the facility’s Food Safety Program and GMP requirements.
- Identify nonconforming products and place them in the appropriate containment area.
- Notify the appropriate employees and management of quality concerns.
- Report unsafe conditions and equipment hazards to management.
- Stop equipment that presents an immediate safety hazard.
- Perform additional packaging and production duties as assigned.

Crown Staffing is hiring Packers for a rotating 12-hour opportunity in Louisville, KY. This position works directly with product packaging and movement by inspecting and packing bottles, moving completed cartons, performing quality checks, and staging finished products for shipment.
