Yard Laborer – 1st Shift
Indianapolis, IN
Pay: $18.00/hour

Schedule Information
- Monday–Friday
- 7:00 AM–4:30 PM
Yard Laborer Requirements
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to material counts and organization
- Ability to follow written and verbal instructions
- Dependable attendance and strong work ethic
- Ability to perform hands-on material-handling duties
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Commitment to workplace-safety procedures
- Previous yard, warehouse, construction, or material-handling experience preferred
Key Responsibilities
- Count and sort rental construction materials.
- Clean materials before storage or reuse.
- Organize products in designated yard and storage locations.
- Move and stage materials according to operational needs.
- Inspect materials and report damaged or missing items.
- Maintain accurate material counts.
- Keep work areas clean, organized, and safe.
- Support team members with additional material-handling duties as assigned.
