Production Associate

Bardstown, KY

Pay: $16.50–$17.00/hour

Temp-to-Hire | Climate-Controlled Facility

Schedule Information

2nd Shift: Monday–Friday, 2:30 PM – 11:00 PM — $16.50/hour

3rd Shift: Sunday–Thursday, 10:30 PM – 6:40 AM — $17.00/hour

Production Associate Requirements

Previous manufacturing or production experience preferred, but not required
Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
Ability to follow written and verbal instructions
Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Commitment to workplace safety and quality standards
Willingness to learn new processes and production procedures

Key Responsibilities

Assemble and produce small motor components used in automotive applications
Support the manufacturing of motors used in vehicle window and windshield wiper systems
Inspect parts and finished products to ensure quality standards are met
Operate production equipment according to established procedures
Follow all safety, quality, and production guidelines
Maintain production goals while ensuring product quality
Keep work areas clean, organized, and safe
Assist with additional production duties as assigned
