Washer Operator – Night Shift
Hodgenville, KY
Pay: $15.50/hour

- 5:30 PM–4:00 AM
Washer Operator Requirements
- Basic math skills
- Strong work ethic and dependable attendance
- Ability to follow written procedures and production instructions
- Strong attention to part numbers and material identification
- Ability to work efficiently while maintaining quality standards
- Flexible and analytical approach to production tasks
- Ability to lift no more than two trays of parts at a time
- ISO 9001 training or experience preferred
- Previous production, manufacturing, or machine-operation experience preferred
Key Responsibilities
- Operate assigned parts-washing equipment according to established procedures.
- Maintain sufficient part levels to prevent press or visual-inspection downtime.
- Process only one part number at a time and clear the area before beginning the next part.
- Use designated washers only for approved part numbers.
- Keep each cart limited to a single part number and prevent parts from being mixed.
- Verify that history slips match the corresponding part numbers.
- Notify the Production Sub-Leader when documentation or part-number discrepancies are found.
- Load and unload no more than two trays of parts at a time.
- Maintain washer tanks at the appropriate reverse-osmosis water level.
- Check and maintain the required Brix concentration.
- Process materials safely, accurately, and efficiently according to ISO 9001 quality standards.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
- Report equipment, material, or quality concerns to the Production Sub-Leader.
- Complete additional duties assigned by the Production Sub-Leader or management.
