Production Helper – 2nd Shift
Louisville, KY
Pay: $12.00/hour
Pay: $12.00/hour
Schedule Information
- 4:30 PM–1:00 AM
- Monday-Friday
Production Helper Requirements
- Ability to perform general production and material-handling duties
- Ability to lift, stack, move, and organize products and materials
- Ability to follow instructions from machine and printing operators
- Dependable attendance and strong work ethic
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced production environment
- Strong attention to workplace safety
- Ability to work independently and as part of a production team
- Previous production, printing, manufacturing, or general-labor experience preferred
Key Responsibilities
- Assist machine and printing operators with daily production tasks.
- Supply machines and workstations with required materials.
- Lift, stack, move, and organize products and supplies.
- Remove completed products from the production area.
- Stage materials for the next step in the production process.
- Follow operator instructions and established production procedures.
- Report product, equipment, or safety concerns to the appropriate operator or supervisor.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
- Perform additional production and general-labor duties as assigned.
