Production Associate – 3rd Shift
Bardstown, KY
Pay: $17.00/hour

Schedule Information
- Sunday–Thursday
- 10:30 PM–7:00 AM
- 3rd shift
- Climate-controlled facility
Production Associate Requirements
- Ability to follow written and verbal production instructions
- Strong attention to detail when assembling and inspecting small parts
- Ability to complete repetitive tasks while maintaining quality
- Dependable attendance and ability to work the scheduled shift
- Commitment to workplace safety and teamwork
- Previous production or assembly experience preferred
Key Responsibilities
- Assist with the production of small motors used in vehicle windows and windshield wipers.
- Assemble and handle components according to work instructions.
- Inspect parts for visible defects and report quality concerns.
- Keep materials and finished products organized.
- Maintain a clean and safe work area.
- Support production goals and perform other assigned tasks.
