Lead Fence Installer – Norwood, OH
Pay: $18–$20/hr DOE

Crown Staffing is seeking an experienced Lead Fence Installer to join our team in Norwood, OH. This is a hands-on, leadership role for someone who enjoys physical work, working outdoors, and guiding a crew to get the job done right.
As a Lead Fence Installer, you’ll be responsible for overseeing fencing projects, ensuring quality installation, and keeping your crew on track. This is a great opportunity for someone with fencing experience who is ready to take a leadership role and work on a variety of projects.
What we’re looking for:
- Proven fencing experience – you know your way around posts, panels, gates, and installations
- Ability to lead a small crew and keep projects moving efficiently
- Must have a valid driver’s license, as some travel to job sites may be required
- Physical stamina – lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods is part of the job
- Comfortable working outdoors in all weather conditions and occasionally in a warehouse setting
Bonus skills (not required but appreciated):
- Welding or metal fabrication experience for fence and gate work
