Schedule: 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM (Morning start between 6–7 AM depending on assignment)

Crown Staffing is seeking a dependable employee to manage daily warehouse operations with the opportunity to move into a driving role. This position involves working independently and handling multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced environment. The role includes managing inventory, handling shipments, and keeping the warehouse organized and safe.

Key Responsibilities:
- Pick-ups and deliveries using a box truck
- Manage and track warehouse inventory
- Baling corrugated cardboard and stretch film
- Forklift operation (certification required or willingness to obtain)
- Grading and sorting pallets
- Shipping and receiving duties
- Maintain a safe and organized warehouse
Qualifications:
- Ability to work independently
- Strong multitasking skills
- Willingness to learn new skills
- Basic knowledge of OSHA safety guidelines
- Forklift experience preferred
- Dependable, punctual, and motivated
- Team player with a strong work ethic
