Crown Staffing is hiring Line Workers for a manufacturing operation in Walton, KY.
Line Worker Job Details
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 6:55 AM start time
Overtime: Saturday overtime may be required based on production needs
Pay Rate: $16.00 per hour, pay based on experience
Location: Walton, KY

Line Worker Requirements/Qualifications
- Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in English
- Ability to follow written procedures and work instructions
- Manufacturing or production experience preferred
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining quality standards
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
- Ability to stand for extended periods throughout the shift
- Ability to work in elevated work areas when required
About the Line Worker Role
As a Line Worker, your responsibilities will include:
- Performing production line duties according to established work instructions
- Maintaining compliance with current Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMP)
- Producing high-quality products while meeting production goals
- Operating safely and following all company quality standards
- Inspecting products and materials for quality and accuracy
- Communicating production issues and concerns to supervisors as needed
- Maintaining a clean and organized work area
- Working collaboratively with team members to meet daily production targets
- Completing assigned tasks efficiently and accurately
- Supporting additional production activities as assigned
