Crown Staffing is urgently hiring for a Production Associate (High Pressure).
Production Associate (HP) Job Details
Schedule: Rotating 12-hour night shift, 6:00 PM–6:30 AM (36/48-hour rotation), including every other weekend.
Pay Rate: $18.25/hr + $1.00/hr night shift differential

Production Associate (HP) Requirements/Qualifications
- Manufacturing experience required.
- Basic computer skills required.
- Sit-down forklift experience preferred.
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Ability to work a rotating 12-hour schedule, including every other weekend.
- Ability to follow detailed production processes and quality standards.
- Composite toe shoes required.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety.
- Reliable attendance and a strong work ethic.
About the Production Associate (HP) Role
As a Production Associate (HP), your responsibilities will include:
- Operate high-pressure production equipment and machinery.
- Monitor and adjust production cycles to meet product specifications.
- Load and unload production materials.
- Operate talc spray equipment and associated machinery.
- Collect product samples and perform quality checks.
- Enter production and quality data into computer systems.
- Operate a sit-down forklift to move materials throughout the facility.
- Assist in multiple production areas as needed.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
- Follow all safety procedures and perform additional duties as assigned.
