Crown Staffing is urgently hiring for a Production Operator.
Production Operator Job Details
Schedule: 7:00 AM–4:00 PM, Monday- Friday
Pay Rate: $19.25/hr
Location: Carrollton, KY

Production Operator Requirements/Qualifications
- Resume and interview required.
- Ability to perform physically demanding work.
- Ability to lift up to 75 lbs. occasionally.
- Ability to read tape measures and other measuring devices.
- Ability to use basic computer systems.
- Previous manufacturing experience preferred.
- Forklift or mobile equipment experience preferred.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
About the Production Operator Role
As a Production Operator, your responsibilities will include:
- Support manufacturing operations throughout the facility.
- Operate production equipment following work instructions.
- Perform quality checks and record production data.
- Make basic equipment and process adjustments.
- Perform routine cleaning and basic equipment maintenance.
- Move materials throughout the production area.
- Operate forklifts or other equipment as needed.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area.
- Follow all workplace safety procedures and company guidelines.
