Crown Staffing is hiring Chemical Blenders for a manufacturing operation in Cincinnati, OH.
Chemical Blender Job Details
Schedule: 2nd Shift (10:00 AM – 6:30 PM)
Overtime: Must be available to work overtime as needed
Pay Rate: $21.00+ per hour, based on experience
Location: Cincinnati, OH
Chemical Blender Requirements/Qualifications
- Minimum of 3 years of chemical blending experience required
- Sit-down forklift experience preferred
- Strong math and measurement skills required
- Ability to read and interpret blending tickets, SOPs, and production documentation
- Excellent written communication and documentation skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality standards
- Ability to work overtime when needed
- Reliable attendance and strong work ethic required
- Resume and interview required
About the Chemical Blender Role
As a Chemical Blender, your responsibilities will include:
- Staging raw materials and ingredients for production batches
- Weighing, measuring, and blending formulas according to specifications
- Reading and following blending tickets, SOPs, and production instructions
- Maintaining accurate production and quality documentation
- Monitoring blending processes to ensure quality and consistency
- Unloading tanker deliveries and maintaining raw material inventories
- Performing weekly calibration of scales and blending equipment
- Following all safety procedures and operating standards
- Identifying and reporting quality, inventory, or production issues
- Maintaining a clean and organized production area
