Crown Staffing is urgently hiring for a MIG Welder.
MIG Welder Job Details
Schedule: Monday–Thursday, 6:00 AM–4:30 PM
Pay Rate: $19.50/hr

MIG Welder Requirements/Qualifications
- Resume and profile sheet required.
- Weld test required.
- MIG welding experience required.
- Ability to weld Trachoe buckets.
- Ability to work a Monday–Thursday schedule.
- Ability to work overtime on Fridays when needed.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Ability to follow welding and safety procedures.
About the MIG Welder Role
As a MIG Welder, your responsibilities will include:
- Perform MIG welding on Trachoe buckets.
- Complete welds according to production and quality requirements.
- Inspect completed welds for quality and accuracy.
- Follow welding procedures and production instructions.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area.
- Follow all workplace safety procedures and company guidelines.
- Perform additional welding and production duties as assigned.
