Crown Staffing is urgently hiring for a Line Worker.

Line Worker Job Details

Schedule: Monday–Friday, with possible overtime on Saturdays.

Pay Rate: $16.00/hr

Location: Walton, KY

Line Worker Requirements/Qualifications

Must be able to read, write, and communicate in English.
Must pass the cGMP test before starting work.
Ability to read and follow written procedures and work instructions.
Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
Ability to stand for long periods.
Ability to work in an elevated work area.
Ability to follow instructions from supervisors and communicate effectively with team members.
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while maintaining productivity.
Must be dependable, team-oriented, and committed to producing high-quality work.
Must be able to work flexible hours, including overtime when needed.
Must follow all safety, quality, and cGMP standards.

About the Line Worker Role

As a Line Worker, your responsibilities will include:

Perform daily manufacturing and production tasks at an assigned line station.
Arrive at the assigned workstation on time and remain productive throughout the shift.
Follow written work instructions and standard operating procedures.
Maintain compliance with current Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMP).
Inspect and maintain product quality throughout the manufacturing process.
Communicate with the Line Captain regarding production needs and concerns.
Work collaboratively with team members to meet production goals.
Follow all workplace safety procedures and quality standards.
Wear required personal protective equipment (PPE), including a hairnet, smock, and safety glasses.
Wear additional PPE, such as gloves or a face mask, depending on the assigned department.
