Warehouse Trainer Job Details
Schedule: 1st and 2nd Shift
Pay Rate: $19.00/hour
Location: Florence, KY

Warehouse Trainer Requirements/Qualifications:
- Must be bilingual
- Must take a test in the office
- Previous warehouse experience in picking, packing, and put away required
- Prior training, coaching, or team lead experience preferred
- Familiarity with warehouse management systems (WMS) and RF scanning
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Good communication and leadership skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to lift, carry, and move products as required
About the Warehouse Trainer Role
As a Warehouse Trainer, your responsibilities will include:
- Train new and existing employees on picking, packing, and putaway procedures
- Demonstrate proper use of warehouse equipment, including RF scanners and pallet jacks
- Teach inventory accuracy, order verification, and quality control standards
- Monitor employee performance and provide hands-on coaching and feedback
- Ensure adherence to safety guidelines and company policies
- Assist with onboarding and cross-training of warehouse staff
- Maintain training documentation and track employee progress
- Identify skill gaps and recommend additional training
- Support daily warehouse operations as needed
- Promote a safe and organized work environment
