Packer
Location: Paris, KY
Pay: $16.00/hour

Schedule Information

  • Monday–Saturday
  • 7:00 AM–5:30 PM
  • Employees typically work three Saturdays per month during the busy season
  • Schedule may change based on production needs
  • Flexibility is required

Packer Requirements

  • Warehouse, manufacturing, production, or packing experience is a plus
  • Strong attention to detail and product quality
  • Ability to identify visible defects and product damage
  • Ability to follow written and verbal packing instructions
  • Ability to work efficiently while meeting production requirements
  • Dependable attendance and punctuality
  • Flexibility to work schedule changes during busy production periods
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a production team
  • Commitment to workplace-safety and quality procedures

Key Responsibilities

  • Inspect finished products for defects and damage.
  • Pack products according to customer and production specifications.
  • Label and seal completed packages for shipment.
  • Verify products, quantities, labels, and packaging for accuracy.
  • Separate and report damaged or nonconforming products.
  • Organize completed products for the next production or shipping stage.
  • Maintain an organized and clean work area.
  • Follow established packing, quality, and safety procedures.
  • Work with team members to meet daily production requirements.
  • Perform additional packing and production duties as assigned.
