Team Lead – 2nd Shift
Location: Paris, KY
Pay: $20.00/hour
Pay: $20.00/hour
Schedule Information
- Monday–Wednesday: 6:00 PM–6:30 AM
- Thursday: 6:00 PM–10:00 PM
- 2nd shift
Team Lead Requirements
- Previous production, manufacturing, or warehouse experience preferred
- Previous leadership, supervisory, or team-lead experience is a plus
- Ability to direct, train, and support production employees
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Strong organizational and recordkeeping abilities
- Basic computer skills
- Ability to print labels and complete computer-based production tasks
- Strong attention to product quality and workplace safety
- Ability to identify and communicate production, equipment, and employee concerns
- Dependable attendance and ability to work the required schedule
Key Responsibilities
- Support the Production Supervisor with daily production operations.
- Oversee assigned production lines and help ensure production goals are met.
- Direct, train, and support production employees.
- Assign work and communicate daily expectations to team members.
- Monitor production quality and compliance with safety procedures.
- Assist employees with production tasks when needed.
- Support product and production-line changeovers.
- Print product labels and verify information for accuracy.
- Complete and maintain production records and related documentation.
- Monitor equipment and report operational or maintenance concerns.
- Communicate production delays, quality issues, and employee concerns to the Production Supervisor.
- Maintain clean, organized, and safe production areas.
- Perform additional production and leadership duties as assigned.

records.
