Assembler Requirements
- Previous manufacturing or industrial experience preferred
- Familiarity with welding or stamping processes is a plus
- Basic mechanical aptitude and ability to use hand tools
- Ability to read and follow work instructions or blueprints
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Good communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment
- Must be able to follow all safety procedures and production standards
Key Responsibilities
- Assemble components and products according to specifications in a welding and stamping environment
- Operate basic machinery and hand tools safely and efficiently
- Inspect parts and completed assemblies to ensure quality standards are met
- Follow work instructions, production procedures, and safety protocols
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
- Work with team members to meet production goals and deadlines
- Troubleshoot minor assembly issues and communicate concerns to supervisors
- Perform additional production duties as assigned
