Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)
Somerset, KY
Pay: $28.09/hour
Full-Time | Night Shift
Schedule Information
- 12-Hour Night Shift
- 6:00 PM – 6:00 AM

Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) Requirements
- Current LPN license required
- Graduate of an accredited practical nursing program
- Current CPR/BLS certification required
- Previous nursing experience preferred
- Strong communication and patient care skills
- Ability to work effectively with physicians, registered nurses, patients, and families
- Basic computer and documentation skills required
- Ability to maintain professionalism and confidentiality in a healthcare setting
- Compassionate, dependable, and patient-focused approach to care
Key Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care under the supervision of a Registered Nurse or physician
- Monitor patient conditions and report changes to the healthcare team
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
- Record vital signs and maintain accurate patient documentation
- Assist patients with activities of daily living and personal care needs
- Perform wound care and other basic nursing procedures
- Collect specimens and assist with diagnostic testing as needed
- Educate patients and families on care plans and health-related topics
- Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations, safety standards, and facility policies
- Support a positive patient experience through compassionate and professional care
