About the Role
Crown Staffing is hiring a detail-oriented Quality Technician to support production and quality assurance operations in Shelbyville, KY. In this role, you will inspect materials and finished products to ensure they meet company standards and customer specifications.
This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working with precision, analyzing data, and contributing to continuous improvement efforts.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform quality inspections on incoming materials and finished products
- Read and interpret blueprints, specifications, and technical documents
- Measure product dimensions and verify functionality against requirements
- Document inspection results and maintain accurate quality records
- Identify defects and communicate quality concerns to production teams
- Recommend process improvements to enhance product quality
- Collaborate with team members to resolve quality issues
- Maintain a clean and organized work area while following safety procedures
Requirements
- Previous quality control or related experience preferred
- Strong attention to detail and analytical skills
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical documents
- Experience using measurement tools and inspection equipment
- Good communication and teamwork skills
- High school diploma or GED required
- Additional quality or manufacturing certifications are a plus
