Solder Machine Operator – 2nd Shift – Batavia, OH
Crown Staffing is hiring a Solder Machine Operator in Batavia, Ohio.
Shift: 2nd Shift – Monday–Thursday, 3:00 PM – 1:45 AM (Off Fridays!)
Starting Pay: $16.50/hour and up, DOE
Bonuses: $500 hiring/retention bonus + $100/month attendance bonus

Position Overview
Operate electromechanical solder machines to assemble electronic circuit boards while ensuring production meets quality standards. Perform light maintenance, monitor machines, and maintain a clean work area.
Key Responsibilities
- Operate and monitor solder machines for circuit board assembly
- Set up and verify jobs using computer-generated setup sheets
- Report errors or machine issues to lead/support
- Perform light maintenance and cleanup on equipment
- Program machines for soldering applications to IPC-A-610 standards
- Maintain quality, accuracy, and neatness in work
- Suggest process improvements and work collaboratively with the team
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- 2+ years experience on electromechanical or CNC equipment
- Basic mechanical aptitude
- Ability to stand for prolonged periods in a manufacturing environment
- Knowledge of electronic pick and place, wave soldering, water wash, or similar equipment
- Dependable, motivated, and cooperative team player
