Crown Staffing is hiring a Reach Truck Operator in Milford, Ohio.
Pay: Starting at $20/hour for 3rd shift
Hours: 3rd Shift (overnight)

Position Overview
Operate a reach truck to safely move products on and off shelves in a fast-paced warehouse. This role may involve cross-training into other warehouse duties, so physical strength and safe equipment operation are required.
Key Responsibilities
- Operate a reach truck to move product on and off shelves
- Safely transport materials throughout the warehouse
- Maintain organization and efficiency on the warehouse floor
- Follow all safety protocols and company guidelines
Qualifications
- 2+ years recent reach truck/forklift experience
- Leadership skills and ability to guide others when needed
- Able to read, write, and speak English
- Dress code: casual, gym shoes
- Somewhat background-friendly (no theft or violent felonies; reach out if you have concerns)
- Physically able to handle warehouse tasks
