Crown Staffing is urgently hiring for a Warehouse Packer.
Warehouse Packer Job Details
Schedule: Sunday, Monday, Thursday & Friday, 7:00 AM–5:30 PM
Pay Rate: $17.00/hr
Location: Hebron, KY
Warehouse Packer Requirements/Qualifications
- Ability to consistently lift and handle products weighing up to 60 lbs.
- Previous warehouse, packing, or fulfillment experience preferred.
- English- and Spanish-speaking candidates are welcome.
- Ability to stand and remain physically active throughout a 10-hour shift.
- Ability to perform repetitive lifting, packing, and material-handling tasks.
- Comfortable handling products of various sizes and weights.
- Strong attention to detail and order accuracy.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
- Ability to follow packing, quality, and safety procedures.
- Dependable attendance and strong work ethic required.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a warehouse team.
About the Warehouse Packer Role
As a Warehouse Packer, your responsibilities will include:
- Pack products for outgoing shipments.
- Handle and package products of various sizes.
- Lift and move products weighing up to 60 lbs.
- Prepare products for shipment according to established procedures.
- Inspect products and packaging for accuracy and quality.
- Organize and stage packed products for shipment.
- Perform repetitive packing and material-handling duties.
- Maintain productivity and accuracy throughout the shift.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized workstation.
- Follow established warehouse and safety procedures.
- Assist with additional warehouse and fulfillment duties as assigned.
