Crown Staffing is hiring: Material Handler – Wilmington, OH
Hours: Monday–Friday, 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM
Pay: $16+/hr

Crown Staffing is seeking a dependable Material Handler to join our team in Wilmington. This hands-on role involves moving, loading, unloading, and handling materials within the facility or work site to support production and operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Read shop packets, bills of lading, or follow instructions to identify materials to be moved
- Load and unload materials onto/from pallets, trays, racks, and shelves by hand
- Move materials to designated storage or work areas and load materials into vehicles as needed
- Count, weigh, and record units of materials moved or handled
- Operate industrial trucks to assist in moving materials and products
- Perform cycle counts of storage locations and inventory
- Prepare materials for outside services
- Communicate with buyers and engineering regarding materials
- Perform other duties as assigned
Qualifications & Skills:
- High School Diploma or GED preferred; or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Forklift certification (required in designated areas)
- Willingness to work overtime and Saturdays as scheduled
- Ability to read and comprehend instructions and perform required documentation
- Basic math skills: addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division with whole numbers, fractions, and decimals
- Basic computer skills
- Ability to apply common sense and follow instructions in written, oral, or diagram form
Work Environment:
- Hands-on work in a manufacturing environment
- Physically capable of lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods
