Job Description:
Crown Staffing is seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Hydraulic Technician to inspect, assemble, and support hydraulic components. This role is ideal for individuals with mechanical aptitude, a strong work ethic, and a willingness to learn. Training is provided for the right candidate.
Crown Staffing is seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Hydraulic Technician to inspect, assemble, and support hydraulic components. This role is ideal for individuals with mechanical aptitude, a strong work ethic, and a willingness to learn. Training is provided for the right candidate.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform precise measurements of parts using micrometers and calipers
- Assist with assembly, inspection, and troubleshooting of hydraulic components
- Read and interpret schematics and blueprints (preferred, not required)
- Maintain accurate documentation of work performed
- Follow safety procedures and company standards
- Keep work area clean and organized
- Demonstrate reliability, punctuality, and professionalism
Required Qualifications:
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Dependable and punctual with a solid work ethic
- Valid driver’s license and good driving record
- Own basic hand tools (larger tools provided)
- Willingness to learn and participate in hands-on training
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with hydraulic systems or mechanical assemblies
- Ability to read schematics and blueprints
