Stand-Up Forklift Operator Job Details
Pay Rate: $21.00/hr
Location: Hamilton, OH
Schedule: Tuesday–Saturday, 12:00 AM–8:30 AM

Stand-Up Forklift Operator Requirements/Qualifications
- Previous stand-up forklift experience required.
- Experience operating reach trucks and/or order pickers preferred.
- RF scanner experience preferred.
- Ability to safely load, unload, move, stack, and stage materials.
- Ability to accurately pick and pull customer orders.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to workplace safety.
- Reliable attendance and strong work ethic.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
- Ability to stand and perform physical warehouse duties for extended periods.
- Ability to follow company procedures and safety guidelines.
About the Stand-Up Forklift Operator Role
As a Stand-Up Forklift Operator, your responsibilities will include:
- Operate a stand-up forklift in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
- Operate reach trucks and order pickers as needed.
- Load and unload products and materials.
- Move, stack, and stage products throughout the facility.
- Pick and pull orders accurately according to customer requirements.
- Use RF scanners and warehouse equipment as assigned.
- Perform routine equipment inspections and report issues as needed.
- Maintain accurate and efficient product movement.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
- Follow all company safety procedures.
- Assist with general warehouse duties as needed.
