Crown Staffing is hiring HVAC Service Technicians for a growing heating and cooling service company.
HVAC Service Technician Job Details
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Pay Rate: $18.00–$28.00 per hour
Location: Loveland, OH
HVAC Service Technician Requirements/Qualifications
• Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record
• Ability to pass a background check and drug screening
• 1–2 years of HVAC, heating, cooling, or related mechanical experience preferred
• Candidates with strong mechanical aptitude and a willingness to learn are encouraged to apply
• Knowledge of hand and power tools
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to read and follow work orders and service instructions
• Good communication and customer service skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Ability to lift, carry, and move equipment and materials as needed
About the HVAC Service Technician Role
As an HVAC Service Technician, your responsibilities will include:
• Diagnosing and troubleshooting heating and air conditioning systems
• Performing routine maintenance on residential and commercial HVAC equipment
• Completing repairs on heating, cooling, and ventilation systems
• Installing HVAC components and related equipment as assigned
• Inspecting systems to identify operational issues and recommend solutions
• Testing equipment to ensure proper performance and efficiency
• Maintaining accurate service records and documentation
• Communicating repair findings and maintenance recommendations to customers
• Following all safety procedures and company policies
• Operating company vehicles and equipment responsibly
• Assisting with additional service, installation, and maintenance projects as needed
