Crown Staffing is hiring: Pipe Welder – Jeffersonville, OH
Pay: $25–$30/hr DOE
Shifts: Primarily day shift, flexibility for day or night; overtime as needed

Crown Staffing is seeking skilled Pipe Welders with solid TIG welding experience. In this role, you will weld and fit pipe, read and interpret blueprints, and produce high-quality, precise welds.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform TIG and bead welding on pipe assemblies
- Read and interpret blueprints and work instructions
- Fit and align pipe components accurately before welding
- Ensure all welds meet quality standards
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
- Work independently and follow all safety protocols
- Flexibility to work overtime or varying shifts as project demands
Qualifications & Skills:
- Proven TIG welding experience on pipe
- Bead welding experience
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints
- Strong attention to detail and quality-focused
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Flexible with scheduling
