Schedule: 8:00 AM until finish
Overtime: Required as needed
Pay Rate: $23.00+ per hour (based on experience)

Production Supervisor Requirements/Qualifications
- Previous supervisory or leadership experience in a production, warehouse, or manufacturing environment required
- Strong knowledge of warehouse operations, inventory control, and production processes
- Understanding of USDA regulations preferred
- Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills
- Ability to analyze reports, procedures, and operational data
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities
- Ability to effectively train, mentor, and motivate employees
- Must be able to pass a background check and drug screen
About the Production Supervisor Role
As a Production Supervisor, your responsibilities will include:
- Supervising daily production activities and personnel within the facility
- Assigning staff and monitoring product flow throughout the operation
- Ensuring accurate handling of incoming and outgoing products
- Maintaining inventory accuracy and warehouse organization
- Inspecting equipment and facility conditions and coordinating repairs when needed
- Collaborating with management and other departments to support operational goals
- Participating in employee safety and plant protection activities
- Providing leadership, coaching, and corrective action when necessary
- Assisting with interviewing, hiring, training, and employee development
- Monitoring employee performance and supporting disciplinary processes when appropriate
- Recommending process improvements to increase efficiency and productivity
