Crown Staffing is urgently hiring for a Production Associate.
Production Associate Job Details
Schedule: 6:00 PM–6:30 AM. Rotating 36/48 schedule, working every other weekend. Overtime is mandatory when required.
Pay Rate: $18.25/hr

Production Associate Requirements/Qualifications
- Tour required prior to assignment.
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Manufacturing experience required.
- Computer skills required.
- Forklift experience required (sit-down preferred; client will certify).
- Ability to work a rotating 12-hour schedule.
- Ability to work overtime when required.
- Jeans, T-shirt, and composite toe shoes required.
About the Production Associate Role
As a Production Associate, your responsibilities will include:
- Operate production equipment and associated machinery.
- Assist with high-pressure production processes.
- Load and unload materials.
- Operate talc spray equipment.
- Monitor equipment and production cycles.
- Collect and prepare production samples.
- Enter production and quality data into computer systems.
- Maintain production records and documentation.
- Cross-train in multiple production departments.
- Perform material handling and forklift operation.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
- Follow all safety procedures and production standards.
