Crown Staffing is hiring Meat Cutters for a food production facility in Erlanger, KY.
Meat Cutter Job Details
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM until finish
Overtime: Mandatory when needed; occasional Saturdays may be required
Pay Rate: $19.00 per hour

Meat Cutter Requirements/Qualifications
- Prior experience using knives to cut, trim, or butcher meat required
- Experience as a butcher, chef, meat cutter, or processing meat is highly preferred
- Experience cutting deer, hogs, or other game animals will be considered
- Must be able to maintain a sharp edge on knives and cutting tools
- Must be able to work in a refrigerated, wet, and fast-paced environment
- Must be able to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive cutting motions
- Must be available for mandatory overtime when needed
- Must complete a cut test before starting (unpaid)
About the Meat Cutter Role
As a Meat Cutter, your responsibilities will include:
- Trimming and portioning beef products to customer specifications and yield requirements
- Using knives and cutting tools safely and efficiently
- Inspecting products throughout the cutting process to ensure quality standards are met
- Maintaining proper product identification and labeling
- Following sanitation and food safety standards at all times
- Performing final quality inspections before products move to packaging
- Maintaining sharp, clean cutting tools and workstations
- Handling raw product carefully to prevent contamination or misbranding
- Assisting with cleaning and sanitation duties as needed
- Performing additional duties as assigned by supervisor
