Seafood Cutter Requirements/Qualifications
- Resume required.
- Interview required.
- Previous seafood cutting or portioning experience required.
- Ability to accurately use knives, cleavers, and other cutting equipment.
- Ability to read and follow customer specifications and work instructions.
- Ability to communicate effectively in English.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment.
- Strong attention to detail and quality.
About the Seafood Cutter Role
As a Seafood Cutter, your responsibilities will include:
- Portion and trim seafood products to customer specifications.
- Inspect products for quality and remove defects.
- Use knives and cutting equipment safely and efficiently.
- Weigh, label, and package finished products.
- Perform quality control checks throughout production.
- Read and follow production orders and customer instructions.
- Maintain clean and organized work areas.
- Follow all food safety and quality standards.
- Assist with production tasks as assigned.
