Production Operator Job Details
Pay Rate: $17.25/ hr
Schedule: 6:00 PM–6:30 AM | 36/48 Rotation Schedule
Location: Walton, KY
Requirements of the Production Operator
- Manufacturing experience required
- Computer skills required
- Forklift experience required (sit-down preferred, certification provided)
- High school diploma or GED required
- Ability to work a 12-hour rotating schedule
- Must be available for mandatory overtime when required
- Must be able to work every other weekend
- No rideshares or couples permitted
- Must be able to read, write, and communicate in English
- Background check required
- No felony convictions
Responsibilities of the Production Operator
- Operate production process equipment safely and efficiently
- Monitor and support daily production operations
- Perform manual handling, stacking, and palletization of materials
- Utilize computer systems to enter and track production information
- Operate sit-down forklifts to move materials throughout the facility
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
- Follow all company safety procedures and production standards
- Assist with additional production duties as assigned
