Crown Staffing is urgently hiring for a Maintenance Technician.
Maintenance Technician Job Details
Schedule: Third Shift, Monday–Friday with a rotating 36/48-hour schedule. Must be able to work every other weekend.
Pay Rate: $36.00–$40.00/hr (based on experience)

Maintenance Technician Requirements/Qualifications
- Resume and interview required.
- High school diploma or GED required.
- 3–5 years of industrial maintenance experience required.
- Previous manufacturing experience required.
- Experience with computer systems and CMMS software required.
- Sit-down forklift experience required (certification provided by employer).
- Ability to troubleshoot and repair electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems.
- Ability to read blueprints, schematics, technical manuals, and work instructions.
- Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and Word.
- Ability to lift up to 75 lbs.
- Ability to work mandatory overtime and every other weekend.
- Reliable transportation required (no ride share or couples).
- Must be able to communicate effectively in English.
About the Maintenance Technician Role
As a Maintenance Technician, your responsibilities will include:
- Troubleshoot and repair production and manufacturing equipment.
- Perform preventive and predictive maintenance on plant equipment.
- Maintain electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems.
- Respond to equipment breakdowns to minimize production downtime.
- Inspect, clean, lubricate, adjust, and calibrate equipment.
- Complete maintenance documentation using a CMMS.
- Operate a sit-down forklift as needed.
- Assist with equipment installations and process improvement projects.
- Follow all Lockout/Tagout and company safety procedures.
- Communicate equipment status and maintenance needs with production and management.
- Replace worn components and identify potential equipment failures.
- Perform additional maintenance duties as assigned.
