Outbound Warehouse Associate Job Details

Schedule: Monday–Friday, 6:00 AM–2:30 PM

Pay Rate: $17.00/hr

Location: Walton, KY

Outbound Warehouse Associate Requirements/Qualifications

Previous warehouse, distribution, or order fulfillment experience preferred.
High school diploma or GED required.
Must be able to speak, read, and write in English.
Ability to consistently lift and handle heavy warehouse materials, including pipes and rotors.
Experience using standard or electric pallet jacks preferred.
Ability to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
Ability to stand, walk, bend, reach, and lift throughout the shift.
Steel-toe or composite-toe safety footwear required.
Ability to pick, pack, and prepare orders accurately.
Familiarity with shipping, receiving, and inventory control procedures.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
Ability to maintain accurate inventory records.
Basic math skills for counting and verifying product quantities.
Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
Willingness to work in various warehouse departments as assigned.
Flexibility to perform different warehouse duties based on operational needs.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Strong communication and organizational skills.
Ability to meet established productivity and accuracy standards.
Ability to follow warehouse safety procedures and equipment guidelines.
Reliable work history with strong attendance and punctuality.
Ability to maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.

About the Outbound Warehouse Associate Role

As an Outbound Warehouse Associate, your responsibilities will include:

Pick and prepare heavy warehouse products, including pipes and rotors, for shipment.
Safely lift, move, and stack products onto pallets.
Use standard and electric pallet jacks to transport materials throughout the warehouse.
Receive and process incoming inventory.
Stock shelves and organize products in designated storage areas.
Pick customer orders according to established procedures.
Package and prepare orders for outbound shipment.
Load and unload warehouse materials as assigned.
Maintain inventory control and accuracy using established company procedures.
Count, verify, and organize warehouse inventory.
Inspect products for damage, shortages, or discrepancies.
Assist with shipping and receiving operations.
Ensure products are properly labeled and prepared for distribution.
Maintain accurate inventory and order fulfillment records.
Support stock replenishment and warehouse organization.
Work in different warehouse departments based on daily operational needs.
Follow proper lifting techniques and material handling procedures.
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment.
Work cooperatively with team members to meet daily productivity goals.
Follow all company safety policies and warehouse operating procedures.
Complete additional warehouse and outbound shipping duties as assigned.
