Crown Staffing is urgently hiring for a Packer (Grind Line).
Packer (Grind Line) Job Details
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–Finish
Pay Rate: $16.00/hr

Packer (Grind Line) Requirements/Qualifications
- Good work history and reliable attendance required.
- Ability to work in a wet, refrigerated, and freezer environment.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and repetitive environment.
- Ability to lift up to 60 lbs. continuously throughout the day.
- Steel-toe shoes required.
- Ability to work throughout different areas of the warehouse as needed.
- Ability to follow company procedures and customer specifications.
- Ability to maintain a clean and organized work area.
- High school diploma or GED not required.
About the Packer (Grind Line) Role
As a Packer (Grind Line), your responsibilities will include:
- Push raw materials into the grinder for processing.
- Assist with grinding and mixing operations for beef products.
- Pack and box beef, pork, lamb, veal, and seafood products according to specifications.
- Follow standardized packing procedures and customer requirements.
- Ensure products are packed accurately and maintain proper appearance.
- Work efficiently to meet production requirements.
- Assist with keeping the grinding and production areas clean.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area.
- Follow all safety and production procedures.
- Perform additional warehouse and production duties as assigned.
