Crown Staffing is urgently hiring for a Production Operator.
Production Operator Job Details
Schedule: 6:00 AM – 6:30 PM, rotating 36/48 schedule. Must be able to work every other weekend. Overtime is mandatory when required.
Pay Rate: $17.25/hr (+$1.00 shift differential for nights and weekend shifts)

Production Operator Requirements/Qualifications
- Resume required.
- Interview/tour required before placement.
- Previous manufacturing experience required.
- Mechanical and basic computer experience required.
- Ability to operate a sit-down forklift (client will certify).
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Ability to work a rotating 12-hour schedule.
- Must be able to work overtime when required.
- Steel or composite toe boots required.
- Jeans and T-shirt required.
- Ability to work in a team environment.
- Couples may apply but must work in different departments.
About the Production Operator Role
As a Production Operator, your responsibilities will include:
- Operate production equipment in a high-pressure manufacturing environment.
- Monitor equipment and production processes to maintain quality standards.
- Set up and adjust machine cycles as needed.
- Collect product samples and perform quality checks.
- Input production and quality data into computer systems.
- Operate material handling equipment, including forklifts.
- Load, move, and stage materials throughout production.
- Cross-train in multiple production departments.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
- Follow all company safety procedures and production guidelines.
