Job Description
Crown Staffing is urgently hiring for an Extrusion Operator.
Extrusion Operator Job Details
Schedule: 6:00 PM–6:30 AM, rotating 36/48 schedule. Must be able to work every other weekend. Overtime is mandatory when required.
Pay Rate: $18.60/hr

Extrusion Operator Requirements/Qualifications
- Resume required.
- Tour/interview required before placement.
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Mechanical background required.
- Computer experience required.
- Ability to operate a sit-down forklift (client will certify).
- Steel-toe boots required.
- Ability to work a rotating 12-hour schedule.
- Must be able to work overtime when required.
- Basic English understanding preferred.
About the Extrusion Operator Role
As an Extrusion Operator, your responsibilities will include:
- Operate extrusion and production process equipment.
- Perform material handling, stacking, and palletizing.
- Prepare machines for die, grade, and color changes.
- Assist with breakdown and assembly of extrusion equipment.
- Set and adjust dies for production.
- Start up and monitor production equipment.
- Monitor machine performance and product quality.
- Enter production and quality data into computer systems.
- Maintain production documentation.
- Keep the work area clean, organized, and safe.
