Crown Staffing is now hiring a full-time Warehouse Production Worker in Wright City, MO!

 1st Shift: Monday–Friday | 7:30am–4:00pm

 Responsibilities:

● Safely handle and move bag rolls of laminated fiberglass weighing 50–300 lbs, using team lifts and other equipment as needed.
● Stack product onto carts to prepare for shipment.
● Ensure all materials are handled carefully to prevent damage.
● Prepare orders for shipping, verifying correct product and quantities.
● Follow established production procedures to meet quality and efficiency standards.
● Assist in general warehouse duties, including staging materials and maintaining workflow.
● Maintain equipment and work areas in a neat, clean, and orderly condition.
● Support inventory handling and organization as needed.
● Follow all safety procedures and participate in promoting a safe work environment.
● Comply with OSHA standards and company safety policies.

Required Skills/Abilities:

● Preferred education level: High School Diploma or GED.
● Ability to lift heavy materials with the assistance of team lifts/equipment.
● Must be able to perform basic math functions such as adding, subtracting, and dividing.
● Must be able to read and follow production orders.
● Ability to work overtime as required.
● Must be dependable and able to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
