Schedule: Full-Time
Pay Rate: $21.00–$24.00 per hour

Requirements of the Production Operator
- 1–3 years of manufacturing, packaging, or production experience preferred
- Experience with liquid filling or pouch packaging equipment is a plus
- Familiarity with GMPs, food safety, or regulated manufacturing environments preferred
- Mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn new equipment
- Ability to stand, lift, and work on your feet for extended periods
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Hands-on, reliable, and safety-focused work ethic
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- No degree required
Responsibilities of the Production Operator
- Operate liquid pouch filling and packaging equipment safely and efficiently
- Set up, start up, and shut down production equipment according to SOPs
- Monitor product quality, fill weights, seals, and overall line performance
- Perform in-process quality checks and accurately document results
- Troubleshoot minor mechanical or process issues and escalate concerns as needed
- Maintain a clean, organized, and food-safe production environment
- Follow GMP, safety, and quality standards at all times
- Support changeovers, equipment cleaning, and preventive maintenance activities
- Communicate effectively with team members, leads, and supervisors
- Participate in continuous improvement and efficiency initiatives
