Job Description
Crown Staffing is hiring Production Assemblers for a manufacturing operation.
Production Assembler Job Details
Schedule: Four 10-hour shifts per week, Monday–Friday rotation
Hours: 7:00 AM – 5:30 PM
Overtime: Saturdays, 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM, as needed
Pay Rate: $16.00 per hour
Location: Hebron, KY

Production Assembler Requirements/Qualifications
- Ability to stand and work on your feet for 8–10 hours per day
- Comfortable performing repetitive and stationary assembly work
- Ability to work with hands and hand tools throughout the shift
- Ability to lift up to 49 pounds
- Strong attention to detail and quality standards
- Ability to follow work instructions and production procedures
- Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
- Steel toe or composite toe footwear required
About the Production Assembler Role
As a Production Assembler, your responsibilities will include:
- Assembling products and components according to specifications
- Using hand tools and production equipment safely and effectively
- Following assembly instructions and quality standards
- Inspecting products for defects and ensuring quality requirements are met
- Maintaining production goals and efficiency standards
- Keeping work areas clean, organized, and safe
- Assisting with additional production tasks as assigned
- Working as part of a team to support manufacturing operations
