Crown Staffing is urgently hiring for a Machine Operator.
Machine Operator Job Details
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 6:00 AM–2:30 PM (working 10-hour days through the rest of the month; possible overtime on weekends)
Pay Rate: $16.00/hr

Machine Operator Requirements/Qualifications
- Must be able to read, write, and speak English.
- Must have good attention to detail and steady hands.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
- Ability to work independently after training.
- Reliable, ambitious, and dependable work ethic.
- Ability to lift up to 20 lbs.
- Steel toe boots required.
- Previous manufacturing or machine operating experience is preferred.
About the Machine Operator Role
As a Machine Operator, your responsibilities will include:
- Operate and tend machines that manufacture components for the trucking industry.
- Assemble beams, panels, and other manufactured parts according to production standards.
- Move between various production tasks as needed to support manufacturing operations.
- Inspect finished products for quality and accuracy.
- Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work area.
- Follow production procedures and quality standards.
- Work efficiently to meet daily production goals.
- Support general manufacturing and assembly operations as assigned.
