Job Description
Crown Staffing is urgently hiring for a Packager.
Packager Job Details
Schedule: Monday–Thursday, 5:00 PM–3:00 AM. Mandatory overtime on Fridays.
Pay Rate: $16.00/hr
Location: Newport, KY
Packager Requirements/Qualifications
- Must be able to read, write, and speak English.
- Must have reliable personal transportation. Ridesharing is not permitted.
- Must be available to work mandatory overtime on Fridays.
- Must be comfortable working in an FDA-regulated facility.
- Must follow all workplace safety, sanitation, and hygiene requirements.
- Required dress code: Casual clothing, including pants and gym shoes. Tank tops are not permitted.
- No jewelry of any kind, including facial piercings. Piercings must be removed or covered with approved blue tape.
- Long hair must be tied back, and long fingernails are not permitted.
- No smoking on-site.
- Food, gum, and drinks are not permitted in designated work areas, except water in a provided cup with a lid.
About the Packager Role
As a Packager, your responsibilities will include:
- Package finished labels according to production requirements.
- Handle produced labels and prepare them for packaging.
- Perform basic packaging tasks in a production environment.
- Follow FDA regulations and company sanitation procedures.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area.
- Follow all workplace safety and hygiene requirements.
- Work efficiently to support daily packaging operations.
