Crown Staffing is urgently hiring for a Grounds Maintenance Associate.
Grounds Maintenance Associate Job Details
Schedule: 8:00 AM–4:30 PM
Pay Rate: $22.00/hr
Location: Ohio Township, OH
Grounds Maintenance Associate Requirements/Qualifications
- Previous lawn care, landscaping, or property maintenance experience preferred.
- Zero-turn mower operating experience required.
- Experience operating riding lawn mowers and other landscaping equipment.
- Basic plumbing and general maintenance skills preferred.
- Ability to safely operate weed eaters, hedge trimmers, and lawn care equipment.
- Strong attention to detail and property appearance.
- Ability to work independently and responsibly.
- Ability to perform physically demanding outdoor work.
- Strong time management and organizational skills.
- Ability to follow established health and safety guidelines.
- Dependable attendance and strong work ethic required.
- Commitment to maintaining clean, safe, and attractive residential properties.
About the Grounds Maintenance Associate Role
As a Grounds Maintenance Associate, your responsibilities will include:
- Perform general lawn care and property maintenance duties.
- Operate zero-turn and riding lawn mowers.
- Mow lawns and maintain landscaped areas.
- Use weed eaters to trim grass and maintain property edges.
- Trim hedges and maintain landscaping.
- Perform minor plumbing repairs and general maintenance tasks.
- Maintain the cleanliness and appearance of residential properties.
- Identify and address basic property maintenance concerns.
- Support landscaping and maintenance needs across assigned locations.
- Safely operate and maintain lawn care equipment.
- Follow established health and safety procedures.
- Work independently to complete assigned tasks efficiently.
- Maintain high standards of property appearance and curb appeal.
- Assist with additional groundskeeping and maintenance duties as assigned.
