Tarper Job Details
Schedule: Full-time
Pay Rate: $20/hr, Based on experience
Location: Northern Kentucky

Requirements of the Tarper
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Must have a strong and stable work history
- No more than 2 no-call/no-shows within the last year
- Must be able to work in a physically demanding environment
- Ability to lift and maneuver heavy tarps throughout the shift
- Must be dependable and safety-conscious
- No violent felonies, theft charges, or sexual offenses
- Other felony and misdemeanor charges reviewed on a case-by-case basis
Responsibilities of the Tarper
- Operate tarp machines used to cover loaded semi-trailers
- Load tarps onto automated tarp equipment
- Monitor machine operation as tarps are positioned over cargo
- Secure tarps using bungee cords and straps
- Ensure loads are properly covered and secured before transport
- Follow all safety procedures and company policies
- Assist with other duties as assigned
